Scholarship and Financing Clause

MIA® (Mindfulness Into Action), within its policies for the development and implementation of the MIA® methodology, will grant scholarships to participants. Scholarship coverage may range from 10% to 100%, that is, the entire amount. MIA® students are also subject to the following clause, which deals with Intellectual Property of the MIA® methodology.

Intellectual Property Clause

The provider is the sole owner of the application of the MIA® Methodology (Mindfulness Into Action). This license is only for a session of use carried out without exclusivity, which enables the use of the application without any territorial limitation, which has an indefinite duration, as long as neither of the parties decides to revoke the rights and which only allows the use and execution of the application in person and online exclusively through the MIA®.

At no time does the provider grant property rights over the MIA® (Mindfulness Into Action) Methodology, but instead assigns the right to use it under the conditions described in this license, not understanding in any case that it is enabled for its reproduction and dissemination. public, assignment, sale, rental or loan, committing not to assign its partial or total use in any way, as well as not to disclose, publish, or otherwise make available to other parties. By way of example, but not limitation, all logos, trade names, sound, audiovisual content, signals and signs, included in the application, are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of their respective owners, so therefore the user of the MIA® Methodology (Mindfulness Into Action) is strictly prohibited from decompiling, reproducing, copying, modifying or manipulating in any other way any of the contents of the application, in whole or in part, as well as modifying it, either in its external appearance as well as in its operational functioning.

By participating in the MIA® (Mindfulness Into Action) process, I am aware that the research generates multimedia content (video, audio, digital material and documentation) of which I will be a part, and I indicate that my participation is voluntary and I give my contribution to the use of the materials generated, in accordance with the collective purposes of the MIA® Initiative.
