Mindfulness Into Action From Mariana Inés Vergara

Our thoughts distract us. Our brains produce more than 50,000 thoughts per day (National Foundation of Sciences). Ninety -five percent of those thoughts are repeated daily and reflect beliefs and our way of thinking (things that we have cash) that we maintain and lead those 50,000 thoughts. Your way of thinking governs your actions, which leads the results in your life. That is, if you have a way of thinking that limits your potential, you are more likely to accept the results in your life that show those limitations.
