QUITO ELECTRIC COMPANY, ECUADOR

We implemented the MIA® process with 8 executives (electrical engineers) from a National Electric Company in Ecuador. We facilitated collaboration among the different departments (general manager, customer service, financial, planning, production, commercialization). Through MIA®, they were able to increment their emotional intelligence and cognitive capacity with the MIA® process and they were able to solve problems in their company that were over 20 years old.

FAMILY DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Field Testing of the MIA®️ methodology with Latino immigrant college students.

With the support from WKBJ Foundation, Family Development Center (FDC) was created to serve Latino immigrants in Morris County, NJ.

  • Guided over a hundred members who are pursuing higher education in County College of Morris, Essex County College, Passaic County College, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Montclair State University, Rutgers University, Ramapo College, New Jersey City University.

  • Seventy FDC members graduated in 2008 and the other thirty FDC members graduated in 2009.

  • Facilitated these members to volunteer in sites such as Dover Community Clinic, Community Children Museum, NORWESCAP, Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs, Hope House, Morristown Neighborhood House and others.

  • Established working and supporting relationships with around 25 nonprofit agencies as volunteer sites for FDC members in Morris County, NJ.
