IMPORTANT INITIATIVES

We have a collective responsibility for our home planet, please join us in our mission. Learn about our current project below.

AMAZON RAINFOREST - ECUADOR

Kichwa community of GUAYUSA

Since 2020, we are working with the Kichwa community of Guayusa. They are 138 extended families (922 people) and they have 12.000 hectares of Amazon rainforest. In order to generate income, this community was cutting trees and selling to a lumber company. Through the MIA® we were able to convince them to stop cutting trees. As an alternative way to produce income, we have these current projects:

  • Creating a greenhouse to gather seeds from medicinal trees that are in danger of getting extinct.

  • Reforest parts of the Amazon rainforest that were previously used for mining and lumber and are now destroyed.

  • Building a Healing Center where Don Agustin, their spiritual leader, can heal people with medicinal herbs and a physician can measure the results. In this way, we can publish research papers about this healing modality in order to create medicinal patents that will belong to indigenous people..

WE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR THIS INITIATIVE

We need to preserve the Amazon Rainforest because they are the lungs of our planet.
